Purpose: Respond to support requests and venue partner inquiries; verify refund eligibility
Retention: Up to 12 months after resolution
Internet / Network Activity
Examples: IP address, browser type, page request logs (via Vercel hosting infrastructure)
Purpose: Security, performance monitoring, and fraud prevention
Retention: Up to 90 days per Vercel's standard log retention
Commercial Information
Examples: Details about a vending machine transaction (item purchased, amount charged)
Purpose: Process and verify refund requests
Retention: Up to 12 months after the request is resolved
Sensitive PI - Mailing Address
Sensitive PIExamples: Street address (only when a customer requests a mailed refund)
Purpose: Send refund payment by mail. Used for no other purpose.
Retention: Deleted automatically within 7 business days after refund confirmation
