If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of that notice, it shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in the State of California under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bogey LLC. This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
